Terms of Service

Last updated: September 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cartistry website and your submission of event inquiries or booking requests. By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

About Cartistry

Cartistry is a mobile curated cart and treats business based in Brooklyn, New York, serving the NYC area and additional locations upon request. We provide beautifully styled mobile carts and handcrafted treats for celebrations and events.

Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. Content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Cartistry and may not be reproduced without permission.

Event Inquiries and Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. After you submit a request, our team will review your details and contact you regarding availability, options, and next steps. A booking is confirmed only when agreed in writing and any required deposit is received.

Availability

Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed. Dates, services, and offerings may vary and are subject to our schedule and capacity.

Quotes, Pricing, and Packages

We build each experience around your event. Pricing, packages, and options are shared during the booking conversation based on your specific details. Any quote, invoice, or booking agreement provided to you controls over general statements on this website.

Deposits and Payment

Deposit and payment terms, including amounts and due dates, are confirmed during the booking process and reflected in your quote or booking agreement. Those terms control over anything general stated on this website.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, and event-date change policies will be outlined in your quote or booking agreement. Please review those terms carefully, as the applicable agreement controls.

Service Availability and Weather

Mobile service is subject to venue access, space, and conditions. For outdoor events, weather may affect setup and service. We will work with you on reasonable alternatives where possible.

Venue Access and Setup

You are responsible for confirming that your venue permits our mobile cart service and for providing reasonable access for setup and breakdown, including any required permissions, parking, or loading arrangements.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate event details, including date, time, location, and guest count, and to communicate any changes as early as possible.

Treats, Allergies, and Dietary Considerations

We provide handcrafted treats as part of our experiences. If you or your guests have allergies or dietary restrictions, please disclose them in your booking request. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that treats are free from all allergens, and cross-contamination may occur.

Third-Party Venues and Services

We are not responsible for the policies, conditions, or services of third-party venues or vendors. You are responsible for coordinating venue requirements that affect our service.

Photography and Media

We may capture photos or video of our carts and setups for our portfolio and marketing, including social media. If you prefer your event not be featured, please let us know in advance.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and Cartistry materials are the property of Cartistry and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cartistry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our liability in connection with any event is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
